These terms apply to purchases made through the Hollywool online shop.

Products and availability

We sell yarn, books, patterns, needles, hooks, tools and craft supplies. Product information, prices and availability are shown on the product page and in checkout. Availability can change before an order is completed.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, if order information is incomplete, or if we need to resolve a payment or delivery issue.

Prices, VAT and shipping

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and delivery options are shown before you place the order.

Returns and withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal described on the Returns page. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Governing law

Hollywool is operated by a French company. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
